Introducing WP2: Specifications & Stakeholder Engagement for Sustainable Protection Systems

We are excited to introduce WP2, a foundational work package within the ECOBALLIFE project. WP2 focuses on defining technical specifications and building a collaborative innovation ecosystem for sustainable protection systems. 🛡️

Ecosystem for Sustainable Innovation

WP2 is progressing steadily with three essential tasks:

  • Task 2.1: We define ballistic performance requirements, ergonomic constraints, and environmental conditions for personal protection systems
  • Task 2.2: We specify platform protection systems, integrating ECO design principles and lifecycle considerations
  • Task 2.3: We establish the Military Protection Research Ecosystem (MPRE), connecting stakeholders from defence and sustainability sectors

This ecosystem ensures that future protection systems meet performance, durability, and environmental standards.
